Treating Back Acne
When people think about acne, they usually focus on the face because it is the most noticeable, but many people suffer from a much more severe form of acne on their back. You see, the back is a part of the body that is incredibly susceptible to acne and most people don’t even know it, until it’s too late.
Back acne is exactly what it sounds like. It is acne that forms on the back of your body instead of on your face. It is usually caused by excess sweat and oil accumulating on your body and clogging your pores. The pores on your back are larger than the pores on your face so the oil buildup in those pores can cause much nastier blackheads and zits forming than you find on your face.
Not only is it inconvenient, it can be downright painful to have a giant zit on your back. They can be hard to reach and even harder to clean. Many people ignore cleaning their back until they have massive back acne.
The best way to fight back acne is to make sure you shower and scrub your back thoroughly with soap after you exercise. If you let sweat build up on your skin, it will grow bacteria on your pores. That leads directly to back acne. Scrubbing with soap is the best way to attack the acne on your back.
Also, as always, scrub your back every day when you take your shower. A clean back is a healthy one. Clean your back and avoid the pain and misery of back acne.
