Free Acne Treatments
Treating acne is a tough business. However, it doesn’t need to be an expensive business. In fact there are some things you can do to fight acne that don’t require you to use expensive products.
Electric razors reduce skin irritation. They might not create as much of a close shave, but it can help prevent acne breakouts and flare-ups. If you don’t like to use an electric razor, try a single blade razor. Not only are they cheaper than the latest three, four, five, one hundred blade razor that Gillette is trying to sell you, but they can keep the skin from growing over and causing ingrown hairs. Ingrown hairs can get infected and cause zits to form.
Clean your face with soap and water when you go to bed and when you wake up. Oil can build up on your face overnight when you are sleeping. Thus, cleaning your face before you go to bed and after you wake up can really reduce the amount of oil clogging your pores.
Also, go ahead and wash your pillow and pillowcase more often. Oil will build up on your pillowcase and that can cause acne breakouts. It’s a simple, but important step. By keeping a clean pillowcase on your pillow, you can prevent a breakout without spending a lot of money on expensive acne medications.
In conclusion, you don’t always have to spend a ton of money to clean up your acne. In fact, there are ways to treat acne without spending any money at all. Keep your face and back clean, keep your pillowcase and bedsheets clean, and consider changing up your razor to an electric or single blade. It might sound too simple, but often times in life the best solutions are the most simple.
